We are all fully aware that the property market goes up and down, and unfortunately right now life is getting more expensive in every way. The rental market is currently getting more expensive due to supply and demand problems, but also due to war, covid and political aspects. The house prices are rising at the fastest pace since 2007 (Halifax). Not only the property market is going up, also food, fuel and energy prices too, as is almost every type of building materials. According to Homelet rent has increased 11.8% compared to 2021, and the average renting price in London is now £1,757 a month (figure).
